Biography
Nyll Axis is an artist whose work emerged from sustained engagement with depth psychology, non-dual philosophy, and shamanic traditions — inquiries that continue to shape both the content and the method of his practice. Developed entirely outside academic frameworks, his work has grown through direct experience rather than inherited models.
A nomadic life led Axis from traditional media to digital practice — a transition that proved both practical and transformative. Working across digital tools, he found a medium that matched the nature of his inquiry: immediate, portable, and free from the weight of accumulated material.
The work explores consciousness, perceptual instability, and the horizon between form and the unmanifest. Figures, structures, and spatial tensions are treated as condensations of awareness — translucent layers over something larger and unnamed.
His works are held in gallery collections internationally and are available as prints and digital editions.
